Márcia Martinho da Rosa is a lawyer, Official Industrial Property Agent, and an European Representative for Trademarks, Designs and Models at EUIPO. She is a specialist in the field of Intellectual Property with over ten years of experience with a significant focus on industrial property law (trademarks, logos, patents, designs and industrial models – national and international).

Márcia is particularly experienced in trademarks and patents and works to develop strategic advice for each client based on their objectives. Her approach is to give clients decisive and holistic solutions.

Over the last decade, she has advised clients in various areas—from companies in marketing and communication, engineering, and tech, to mechanical, chemical, limited liability companies with exclusively public capital, among other public and private entities.
